A smarter energy strategy for a growing campus.
Greenfield Business Campus is a multi-building commercial development with high daytime energy demand. As the campus expanded, rising electricity costs and increasing sustainability goals created the need for a more efficient energy strategy.
Solvera designed and implemented an integrated solar and battery storage solution that allows the campus to generate, store, and intelligently manage its own clean energy.
Growing demand. Rising costs. A need for change.
The campus relied heavily on grid electricity, leaving it exposed to fluctuating energy prices and increasing operational costs.
The team needed a solution that could:
Reduce dependence on grid electricity
Lower long-term energy costs
Support sustainability targets
Handle increasing energy demand
Maintain reliable day-to-day operations
Turning available space into clean energy.
Solar Generation
A 1.2 MW solar installation was designed across available rooftop and ground-mounted areas.
Battery Storage
Energy storage captures excess solar production and makes it available when demand increases.
Smart Monitoring
A centralized monitoring system gives the facility team real-time visibility into energy production and consumption.
Energy Optimization
The system intelligently balances solar generation, storage, and grid power to improve overall efficiency.
